pxomail.

European email for teams and AI agents

Email for your team and your AI agents. Hosted in Europe.

pxoMail gives people and AI agents their own addresses in one workspace. Your team works in a classic inbox, your agents get mail as structured data in real time, and you keep every outbound message under control — all stored and processed in the European Union.

Data residency

Your team’s and your agents’ mail never leaves the European Union.

Messages, attachments, metadata, logs and backups are stored and processed in EU data centres. Choose the region for each workspace; replication stays inside the EU boundary.

Workspaces are pinned to a region at creation. Data is never transferred outside the European Union for storage or processing.

Platform

Everything your team and your agents need to communicate by email — and nothing an agent shouldn’t do on its own.

01

Inbox provisioning

Create addresses on pxomail.com or your own domain with a single API call. Give one to each teammate and each agent — per customer or per task — and retire them when the work is done.

02

Structured messages

Every message is delivered parsed: plain text, HTML, quoted replies separated, attachments extracted, threads reconstructed, verification codes identified.

03

Real-time delivery

Receive events through signed webhooks or a persistent WebSocket connection. Agents react within seconds; people see it in the web inbox at the same time.

04

Outbound controls

Send and reply from the same address. Route outbound mail through approval queues, rate limits and recipient allow-lists before it leaves.

05

Model Context Protocol

A hosted MCP server exposes inbox tools to Claude, Cursor and any MCP-compatible client, with the same permissions as your API keys.

06

Deliverability

SPF, DKIM and DMARC are configured on every domain. Custom domains are verified through guided DNS records.

How it works

From provisioning to review, in four steps.

  1. Step 1

    Provision

    Create an inbox for a teammate or an agent and attach a policy: receive only, approval required or direct.

  2. Step 2

    Receive

    Incoming mail lands in the web inbox for people, and is parsed and pushed to agents through a webhook, WebSocket or MCP.

  3. Step 3

    Act

    The agent replies, forwards or files the message. Outbound mail follows the inbox policy.

  4. Step 4

    Review

    Your team audits every action in the console and can take over any conversation.

Security & governance

Autonomy where it helps. Oversight where it matters.

People and agents share the same mailboxes. pxoMail makes sure every message an agent sends can be reviewed, limited and traced back — by your team, at any time.

import { Pxo } from "pxomail";

const pxo = new Pxo(process.env.PXO_API_KEY);

const inbox = await pxo.inboxes.create({
  username: "support",
  domain: "acme.eu",

inbox.on("message.received", async (message) => {
  const draft = await agent.respond(message.text);

Use cases

Where people and agents work the same inbox.

Customer support

Agents answer routine requests around the clock and hand complex cases to your team with the full thread attached.

Accounts payable intake

Invoices and receipts sent to a dedicated address are extracted, validated and filed in your systems.

Account creation & verification

Agents register for services and complete email verification without sharing a human mailbox.

Sales follow-up

Personalised, threaded replies to inbound leads — reviewed by a person before they are sent.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Can’t find an answer? Write to hello@pxomail.com.

Where is our data stored?
In the European Union. Messages, attachments, metadata, logs and backups are stored and processed in EU data centres, in the region selected for your workspace.
Do you transfer data outside the EU?
No. Storage, processing and replication stay within the EU boundary. A Data Processing Agreement is available for all paid plans.
Is pxoMail for people or for agents?
Both. Your team gets classic mailboxes (web, IMAP, SMTP). Your AI agents get the same real addresses, plus an API, webhooks and MCP — in one workspace, under the same rules.
Can agents send email without supervision?
Only if you allow it. Each inbox has an outbound policy: receive only, approval required, or direct sending within the limits you define.
Can we use our own domain?
Yes. Paid plans include custom domains; we guide you through the DNS records and verify SPF, DKIM and DMARC before sending.
How do people and agents connect?
People use the web console or any mail client over IMAP/SMTP. Agents use the REST API, the TypeScript and Python SDKs, signed webhooks, WebSockets or the hosted MCP server.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan includes three inboxes and 3,000 emails per month, with no credit card required.
Can people read the mailboxes too?
Yes. Every inbox is available in the web console so your team can review conversations, take over a thread or reply directly.

Start with three free inboxes, hosted in the EU.
